Information we collect
If you apply for an award, we will collect and store your name, job title, email address, and associated organisation.
We will also collect and store all the information and evidence provided to us as part of your application for an award. As this will contain details of your provision and possible personal details of students and staff at that provision, i.e. students names and/or photographs, we would ask that you ensure that your application is completed to be compliant with your own data protection and privacy policies.
Who we share this data with
All applications will be reviewed by the Natspec Team. Shortlisted entries will be passed to our judging panel.
The data provided by shortlisted applicants may also be used in publicity materials around the awards, including case studies on the website, posts on social media, and in press releases.
